Job Title: A Demand Planner role is available for an ambitious professional seeking a challenging opportunity in supply chain management. This position requires a skilled and experienced individual to develop and maintain comprehensive, assumption-based demand plans that leverage historical data, market trends, and consumer behavior to accurately project brewery shipments and revenue. Main Responsibilities: Develop insight-driven demand forecasts across multiple horizons Leverage advanced techniques such as statistical modeling and historical data analysis to improve forecast accuracy Support the evolution of the S&OP process by improving existing routines and reporting Prepare inputs and reporting materials to enable effective discussions during monthly meetings Track and analyze actual orders versus forecast, investigate variances, and identify root causes Deliver timely volume performance updates and insights to key stakeholders Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate SKU performance and support strategic decisions Requirements: Minimum 3 years'' experience in Supply Chain or Sales Planning, preferably within the CPG industry Ability to build routines and processes from the ground up Excellent analytical reasoning and interpersonal skills Exceptional communication and presentation skills Commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability Solid understanding of relevant software applications and systems Fluent in English Culture Fit: We value commitment, cooperation, curiosity, boldness, and empowerment Inclusion and Diversity: We believe you can SHINE AS YOU ARE - no matter your age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disabilities, religion, or beliefs.
