**We are looking for a Service Manager for our busy Truck and Trailer repair shop:** - Must be able to multitask, ensure that necessary repairs and maintenance are properly documented, estimated, and communicated in a thorough and timely fashion. Excellent skills needed to communicate effectively with management, staff and customers. - Must have a foundational understanding of vehicle mechanics to effectively communicate with customers and technicians. - Must be able to multitask effectively, juggling phone calls, customer questions and coordinating with technicians. - Must be computer literate. - Excellent English - speaking and written. Spanish is an asset. - Excellent spelling skills required. - Even though you will not be a dedicated salesman, you will need to be able to explain services needed to customers. - Familiar with Health and Safety protocols. - Knowledge of truck and trailer parts is beneficial. - 310T license is an asset.
