OverviewMesoMat is looking for a collaborative and strategic Head of Sales to join our leadership team and help grow our commercial presence. In this key role, you will work closely with company leadership to expand customer relationships, establish scalable sales processes, and contribute to the long-term success of our growth. Were seeking someone who values teamwork, customer relationships, and long-term impactsomeone whos excited to help build a meaningful product in a supportive, high-performing environment.What you'll doDevelop and lead MesoMats sales strategy in partnership with the executive teamBuild and mentor a thoughtful, customer-focused sales teamCultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the commercial trucking, tire, and telematics industriesGuide customers through the entire sales journeyfrom initial contact to implementationUse data and insights to continuously improve our sales approachCollaborate with product and technical teams to align customer needs with product developmentRepresent MesoMat at industry events and build trust-based partnershipsWhat we're looking forExperience in B2B sales leadership, ideally in transportation, IoT, or industrial technologyA track record of growing customer relationships and closing enterprise or fleet accountsComfort with technical concepts and an ability to communicate them clearly and effectivelyA thoughtful, collaborative working style with strong listening and communication skillsBachelor's degree in engineering, applied science, or a related technical field is preferred; additional training in business or management is a plusFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and data-informed decision makingExperience with hardware-as-a-service (HaaS) or recurring revenue models is an assetCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $110,000 $140,000 CAD per year (commensurate with experience) plus commission and/or target-based bonus structure tied to company and sales milestonesEquity: Stock option grants aligned with early team member contribution and company growthBenefits: Comprehensive health and dental coverage, paid vacation, flexible working hours, and professional development supportLocation: Hybrid or remote-friendly with occasional travel to customer sites and industry eventsAbout MesoMatMesoMat is an early-stage company building a next-generation platform for tire monitoring using advanced sensor technology.
