Coach & Truck Mechanic Team Lead Our company seeks a licensed 310T Coach & Truck Mechanic to lead our team of skilled mechanics in maintaining and repairing motorcoaches and buses. Supervise, mentor, and support mechanics and apprentices in maintenance and repair activities. Organize daily shop work, including preventative and corrective maintenance. Audit internal and external repairs to ensure compliance with safety standards. Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot mechanical issues. Ensure accurate completion of work orders, parts usage, and compliance records. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Lead training and onboarding for new mechanics. Collaborate with operations to prioritize repairs and vehicle readiness. Key Responsibilities Include: Assigning tasks and supervising team members. Conducting regular audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Developing and implementing maintenance schedules. Requirements: Licensed 310T Coach & Truck Mechanic with experience leading a team. Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and industry regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
