Your responsibilities will involve: Engage actively in workshops to effectively gather requirements from functional business owners Take charge as the primary point of contact throughout the project cycle, leading client meetings to establish deadlines, address concerns, and deliver regular updates Configure HRIS (SuccessFactors Employee Central) Educate clients on the best practices in deployment and implementation of the software Conduct customer training workshops or software support; Assist clients with user acceptance testing along with roll-out and go-live activities such as conversion loads and system initialization As a consultant, you will contribute to the preparation of service proposals to potential clients while also being involved in mentoring and developing team members as needed. Required Skills: 3 or more years of experience implementing SF Employee Central Demonstrated expertise in managing concurrent SuccessFactors system implementations/processes Excellent communication skills, coupled with a remarkable talent for building strong connections with clients and vendors throughout project execution and implementation. Strong aptitude for comprehending and evaluating HR management processes. Foster a customer-centric approach SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification The candidate must be legally entitled to travel outside of Canada Our clients are located both in Quebec and outside Quebec, so you may be required to work in both French and English to meet their needs. Tu contribueras galement dvelopper les comptences de lquipe travers le coaching. Tes responsabilits seront les suivantes : Participer activement aux ateliers pour recueillir efficacement les exigences auprs des propritaires dentreprises fonctionnelles Prendre la responsabilit en tant que contact principal tout au long du cycle de projet, diriger les runions clients pour tablir les dlais, aborder les proccupations et fournir des mises jour rgulires Configurer le SIRH (SuccessFactors Employee Central) duquer les clients sur les meilleures pratiques en matire de dploiement et de mise en uvre du SIRH Organiser des ateliers de formation clients ou de support SIRH Aider les clients dans les tests dacceptation utilisateur ainsi que dans les activits de dploiement et de mise en service telles que les charges de conversion et linitialisation du systme En tant que consultant, contribuer la prparation des propositions de service aux clients potentiels tout en tant impliqu.e dans le mentorat et le dveloppement des membres de lquipe si ncessaire.
