Position Title: Personal Caregiver / Home Support Worker Location: Mississauga, ON Employment Type: Part-time (Private Home Care) Start Date: As soon as possible Schedule: 2 shifts per week (4 hours each = 8 hours total) One shift must be on Sundays (garbage removal) Second shift flexible on weekday Preferred Language: Cantonese About the Role We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Personal Caregiver / Home Support Worker to assist a male patient with personal support and home management in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Cantonese, reliable, and able to support the patient with household needs, meal preparation, errands, and transportation. Key Responsibilities Housekeeping & Cleaning: General tidying, light housekeeping, and maintaining a clean and safe environment Garbage Removal: Take garbage to the curb weekly (must be done on Sundays) Cooking & Meal Preparation: Prepare healthy meals and assist with light cooking as needed Grocery Shopping: Accompany or drive patient to the grocery store once per week; assist with shopping Transportation Support: Drive patient to and from medical appointments as required Provide companionship and respectful support while maintaining patient dignity Requirements Ability to communicate fluently in Cantonese (required) Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle (required) Experience in caregiving, home care, or personal support work (preferred) Ability to assist with household tasks and meal preparation COVID-19 vaccination not required for this position No interview with family or HomecareHub required prior to assignment Preferred Skills & Attributes Compassionate, respectful, and patient-focused approach Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Strong communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality How to Apply: Apply: Send resume & documents to Call: Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Application question(s): Can you speak and write Cantonese language ?
