This role manages 75100 employees across warehouse, fulfillment, and distribution teams. Were looking for a hands-on leader with a strong background in warehouse operations management. Compensation: Salary : $95,000 to $105,000 Bonus : Quarterly performance-based bonus Benefits : Full package included Location: Mississauga, Ontario Team Size: 75100 warehouse and fulfillment staff Reports to: Senior Director, Distribution & Facility Management Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across multiple teams Oversee receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and inventory Manage labor planning, safety compliance, and P&L performance Ensure orders are fulfilled on time and within KPI targets Support onboarding of new clients and operational improvements Requirements: 10+ years in warehouse/distribution roles, 5+ years in leadership Strong knowledge of WMS systems, health & safety, and inventory control Experience managing large warehouse teams and driving performance
