Associate Manager, Marketplace - DashPass Strategy & Operations Toronto, ON About the Team DoorDash is looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate Manager to help grow our Canada DashPass subscription business. DashPass is DoorDash's fastest growing and highest priority area, which means you'll influence some of the key parts of our subscriber's experience, generate key insights and test new products. Together, we are building Canadas most valuable subscription product to attract and retain DoorDashs most loyal customers. About the Role The Strategy & Operations Associate Manager, DashPass role is for truth seekers who enjoy solving complex problems, work across the organization, and execute to bring strategies to life. You will manage Canadas DashPass P&L as well as lead go to market strategy across product, marketing, operations etc. On a typical day, you might lead a new initiative, run and refine experiments to improve subscriber retention, dive into data to explain market performance at the lowest level of detail or metric trends, think up new ideas and translate them into an actionable test, and make sure we never stop learning & executing. Our best Strategy & Operations Associate Managers are motivated, analytical, creative and have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. We are currently operating in a hybrid model, some time in-office and some time remote but it is quite flexible! Responsibilities Strategize - Innovate and work on product strategy within the DashPass business. Collaborate - Work cross-functionally with teams across DoorDash to build, launch, and scale new opportunities. Influence Partner with many teams to make your ideas come to life; Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Design, etc. Experiment - Use data-driven decision-making to run tests on everything from new support experience to retention-driving programs. Build - You are excited to work on something that hasn't been done before. Your job will include building products and launching plans from the ground up. Analyze - Assess the operational and financial impacts of your decisions and iterate given insights. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, growth or other related areas. Analytics experience in SQL, building financial models, and performance tracking. Track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a cross-functional team environment. Experience as a generalist and specialist who can build overarching strategy and dive deep into issues to drive continuous improvement. Biased toward action with a history of leading initiatives that evolved part of a business. Ability to bring structure, organization, and focus to cross-functional work with teams including product, tech, marketing, finance, and legal. BA / BS degree in quantitative or business fields.
