Overview Moomoo Canada Financial Inc. (MFC) is a subsidiary of FUTU Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: FUTU), a global leader in online brokerage and wealth management solutions. As we continue to scale, we are expanding the team with a Business Development Manager. Position Overview This position is pivotal in establishing and fostering relationships with industry experts, influencers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and institutions within the investment and financial sectors. The primary goal is to drive user growth through partnerships. Responsibilities Identify and engage with influencers, industry experts, marketing representatives, and professional organizations within the investment, finance, and technology sectors to initiate and cultivate marketing collaborations Collaborate with financial influencers (finfluencers) and marketing representatives to create engaging content for investor education, aimed at attracting audiences. This will enhance financial literacy and raise awareness about investing, while highlighting the unique selling points of Moomoo's offerings Partner with cross-functional teams (including marketing, product development, and operations) to align channel marketing strategies with Moomoo's overarching business objectives Continuously monitor industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for traffic generation and partnership potential Achieve user growth objectives through innovative resource utilization and traffic-driving initiatives Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and sales With a preference for candidates with experience in North American brokerages, Canadian Hongkonger resources will be prioritized Proven ability to build and sustain successful relationships with KOLs, industry experts, and other influential figures Excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish trust and credibility with KOLs In-depth understanding of the investment, finance, and technology industries, including trends, challenges, and emerging opportunities Proficiency in English and Cantonese skills is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure Ability to work independently and as part of a team Be willing to business travel or relocate Benefits Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and performance-based incentives Opportunities for professional growth in a fast-growing fintech company Beautiful office space in mid-town Toronto with stunning city views Work in a company that's a global leader in online brokerage and wealth management How to Apply If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for operations and technology in the trading world, we want to hear from you.
