Responsibilities Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our Customers Renovation projects installing Aquawall systems including waterproofing panels, insulation boards and drainage components Special projects such as: water restoration, mould remediation, etc Advise and assist Maintenance Associates with repairs and maintenance Ensure daily communication with the Leader and team members Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment Ensure proper and accurate inventory management Complete all required administration for the position on a tablet Complete other tasks as assigned by the Leader Work in compliance with Health and Safety regulations Work as a team with other staff members to ensure goals are met Experience And Educational Requirements Construction / carpentry background preferred with solid experience in waterproofing Experience with drywall, concrete forming, and minor plumbing or electrical work is an asset Technical Requirements Working knowledge of English both verbal and written Drivers license required with ability to drive truck with trailer Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset Non-Technical Requirements Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service Dedicated to building better communities for all our Customers and surrounding communities Ability to take responsibility for all actions and decisions and to follow through until a resolution is obtained Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Strong planning and organizational skills coupled with ability to multi-task and prioritize (excellent time-management skills) Ability to work independently (self managed) and with other Associates in a team environment Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and be flexible in nature Displays a high level of initiative and commitment to excellence Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness Ensure have all tool on the tool list prior to end of probationary period Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment How to apply Interested applicants are invited to submit a cover letter and resume.
