Position Summary Working as a Consumables Associate at Walmart Canada offers an excellent opportunity to develop retail skills. The role involves contributing to a fast-paced environment by moving merchandise from the backroom to the salesfloor, stocking, and assisting customers in a safe and clean setting. Assist customers by promoting products, locating merchandise, and helping with purchase decisions. Resolve customer issues or refer concerns to management. Maintain salesfloor presentation through stocking, rotating merchandise, and setting up displays. Handle claims and returns properly, secure merchandise, and maintain a safe environment. Receive and stock merchandise, operate equipment, and complete necessary paperwork. Refer service items to a Customer Service Manager as needed.
