Description du poste En tant que Consultant Snior spcialis en logistique sur Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), vous interviendrez sur des projets dimplantation ERP forte valeur ajoute. Vous accompagnerez les clients dans lanalyse, la modlisation, la configuration et loptimisation de leurs processus logistiques, couvrant la gestion des entrepts, des stocks, des achats, des ventes, de la distribution et de la production. Responsabilits Analyser les besoins daffaires des clients en matire de logistique et les convertir en solutions fonctionnelles dans D365 F&O. Intervenir sur lensemble du cycle de projet : cadrage, analyse fonctionnelle, configuration, tests, formation, dploiement et support post-implantation. Paramtrer les modules logistiques : gestion des entrepts (WMS), gestion des stocks, approvisionnement, ventes, planification de la demande, gestion des retours, etc. Travailler en troite collaboration avec les quipes techniques pour assurer une intgration fluide avec les autres modules (finance, production, etc.). Encadrer les consultants juniors et participer la dfinition des meilleures pratiques internes. laborer la documentation fonctionnelle : cahiers des charges, scnarios de test, guides utilisateurs. Participer aux ateliers avec les clients et assurer un rle de conseil stratgique. Assurer une veille sur les volutions du module Supply Chain de D365 F&O. Key Responsibilities: Analyze client business needs related to logistics and translate them into effective functional solutions within D365 F&O. Lead full project lifecycle activities: scoping, functional analysis, system configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support. Configure logistics modules such as Warehouse Management (WMS), Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Distribution, Returns, and Demand Planning. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with finance, production, and other modules. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge and best practices development. Produce comprehensive functional documentation: business requirements, test scenarios, user guides. Facilitate client workshops and provide strategic process improvement recommendations. Stay current with D365 F&O Supply Chain module updates and industry best practices. Qualifications Profil recherch : Baccalaurat en gestion de la chane dapprovisionnement, ingnierie, systmes dinformation ou quivalent. 10 ansdexprience en implantation ERP, avec plusieurs implantations compltes sur Microsoft D365 F&O, module Logistique/Supply Chain. Solide comprhension des processus logistiques (WMS, gestion des commandes, achats/ventes, inventaire, etc.). Exprience confirme dans la gestion ou la contribution majeure plusieurs cycles complets de projets ERP. Capacit encadrer, structurer et guider les clients dans leurs choix technologiques et organisationnels. Certification Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (un atout important). Excellentes comptences en communication, rdaction et gestion des parties prenantes. Bilinguisme (franais/anglais) requis pour plusieurs mandats. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 10 years of experience in ERP implementations, with full implementations projects specifically in D365 F&O Supply Chain / Logistics modules. Strong expertise in logistics and supply chain processes (WMS, inventory, purchasing, order management, etc.). Proven experience delivering or leading full-cycle ERP projects. Leadership mindset with the ability to guide clients through technological and organizational change. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain certification is a strong asset. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
