The ideal candidate will lead solution architecture, application modernization, and cloud migration strategies, especially with on-prem to online D365 CE transitions . Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing D365 CE and Power Platform solutions. Guide and execute migration projects from on-prem to online, ensuring system performance, data integrity, and reduced downtime. Design integration strategies with external systems via APIs, Azure Services, and Dataverse. Define and enforce governance around ALM, security, and environment management for enterprise implementations. Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to align technical solutions with business objectives. Provide technical leadership across Power Platform initiatives Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI. Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience with end-to-end D365 CE solution architecture (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service). Expertise in Power Platform components and their use at enterprise scale. Strong knowledge of Azure Integration Services, Dataverse, and security modeling. Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. Strong documentation, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills.
