Site Superintendent Institutional and Educational Construction Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Salary: Up to $150k About the Company For 40+ years, our client has been a leader in new construction, renovations and expansions specializing in Institutional and Educational facilities in the GTA. Their team has been delivering high-quality projects with a focus on efficiency, safety, and excellence. They are currently looking for an experienced ICI Site Superintendent to oversee and manage school construction projects, ensuring successful execution from start to finish. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain workflow and resolve any site challenges. Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices. Oversee site logistics, scheduling, and material deliveries to optimize efficiency. Conduct site inspections, quality control assessments, and progress reports. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and site records. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as an ICI Site Superintendent managing institutional and educational construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, Ontario Building Code, and safety regulations. Experience working on projects such as schools, universities, hospitals, and government facilities. Proven ability to manage multiple trades and coordinate complex schedules. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools. Valid drivers license and ability to travel to various sites across the GTA. Why Join?
