Qualifications Post-secondary education completion, with 5 or more years of relevant experience Chartered Professional Accountant designation Strong communication skills Demonstrated competency in assessing, working through, and resolving issues related to project accounting and other financial ad-hoc requests Demonstrated commitment to your ongoing professional development Previous supervisory or mentoring experience #LI-LW1 Responsibilities The primary function for this role is to oversee and supervise the project accounting and billing functions for the businesses. This will be achieved primarily through: Being part of the companys senior leadership team Supporting leadership team with business decisions Leading and supporting the billing team and project accountant Monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and reviewing project costs and expenditures Identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing a solution Preparing weekly and period project reports Communicating period results and discussing variances Responsible for gathering appropriate documentation for internal and external auditors Providing support for additional finance functions such as financial analysis, corporate reporting, etc. Other ad-hoc requests/projects as require #J-18808-Ljbffr
