Toronto, Ontario, Canada Sales and Business Development Description In this role, you will:- Act as a trusted advisor on the Apple ecosystem, business transformation, and Apple platform adoption, serving Apples Enterprise customers- Work collaboratively across Apple, our Major Accounts, channel and other strategic solution partners to change the way people work.- Deeply understand our customers businesses, technical ambitions and critical initiatives.- Remove technical barriers and friction points, and enhance customer readiness for our platform.- Create new standard methodologies and share them.- Use proven experience to gain credibility and increased influence with customer executives.- Drive sales both by providing pre-sales technical support and by independently identifying and developing new business opportunities within the territory to increase the adoption and penetration of Apple products.- Address client issues and concerns.- Leverage every engagement as an opportunity to enable our partners to learn Apples messaging or best practices.- Regularly assess and communicate the strength and efficiency of the partnership. Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of experience advising on technical transformation solutions for large enterprises or in a consultative pre-sales engineering role Background in a customer facing role in IT technology, preferably with a portfolio that includes hardware, software, and services Expertise in building and delivering compelling presentations, demonstrations and seminars Solid understanding of Apple products and customer needs that can be translated into a compelling solution in real-time Strong sales experience, including: qualifying, overcoming objections and obstacles, and closing business Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Broad experience selling complex technical solutions IT leadership and/or pre-sales consultation experience a plus Hands-on knowledge of multiple operating systems including Windows, macOS and iOS/iPadOS Outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring structure and clarity where none exists Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills, including the ability to influence cross-functionally, navigate organizational structures, and manage complex relationships Ability to build, maintain, and strengthen high-level customer relationships #J-18808-Ljbffr
