Description Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager is accountable for leading key aspects of their stores business. They attract, lead, and develop Team Members, driving key results by ensuring a consistent in-store experience aligned with our commitment to excellent service and spreading global wellness. This role balances operational mindset, strong business acumen, and a people-centric approach to increase productivity and profitability. The ASM partners with the SM to create strategies for growth, focusing on People, Operations, Visual Merchandising, and Community outreach. Through daily functions, the ASM contributes to maintaining and strengthening Sajes culture by engaging in behaviors that align with our values: Wellness, Growth, Celebration, Greatness, and Belonging. Responsibilities Attract, hire, and train Team Members committed to financial wellness in our stores. Engage, develop, and retain Team Members by leveraging their skills. Create and maintain a succession strategy. Conduct reviews, set goals, and provide feedback regularly. Partner with the Store Manager on strategic plans for growth. Achieve KPIs such as revenue, growth, traffic, conversion, loyalty, and labor targets. Demonstrate strong business acumen and analytical skills to grow the store. Ensure Team Members are knowledgeable about products to make intentional recommendations. Uphold presentation standards and optimize merchandising opportunities.
