Job Description AECOM is hiring a Roadway Contract Administrator for our team to be based in either our offices in Markham, Mississauga, Toronto, Sault Ste. Marie, Barrie, North Bay, and Sudbury, ON. This is a full time role expected to begin as soon as possible. Responsibilities Assists the Project Management team in reviewing and implementing RFI's and change orders. Review project costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with specifications. Work with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate. Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed. Monitor design changes, contractor and sub-contractor activities and progress. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: University Degree in Civil Engineering + 2 years experience on MTO projects or College Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology + 4 years experience on MTO projects OACETT Registration Road Construction Contract Administrator (RCCA) required. Must have completed successfully Ministry of Transportation T131 Advanced Claims Dispute Resolution training Preferred Qualifications: Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience. Familiar with CMS Proven ability and experience in successfully administering highway/structure construction contracts Additional Information: Sponsorship assistance not provided Relocation assistance not provided Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
