You bring a mix of hands-on technical depth and strategic leadership, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and translate system functionality into business value.Youre known for your problem-solving mindset, ability to operate under pressure, and drive for operational excellence through collaboration and technology enablement.Your Impact:The Manager, Business Applications will lead a growing team responsible for delivering and supporting business-critical ERP and POS solutions. Reporting to the Director, youll be accountable for shaping the systems roadmap, managing the lifecycle of platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and aligning technology strategy with core business goals.Youll oversee a team of Business Analysts, ensure operational continuity, and act as a strategic partner across finance, supply chain, and store operations.What Are We Looking For?To be considered for this impactful role, you must possess the following qualifications and experiences:ERP Leadership: 7+ years of experience leading ERP and business systems, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.People Management: 2+ years managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders across business and IT.Retail Sector Knowledge: Experience within retail or high-volume consumer environments. Exposure to POS, Salesforce, and omnichannel systems is an asset.Process Improvement: Ability to translate business needs into system enhancements and manage complex integrations.Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and serve as a bridge between technology and business.Certifications & Education: Degree in a relevant discipline is required.
