Kellys customer, located in Oakville, ON, is looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.RESPONSIBILITIES:Optimize warehouse operationsOversee inbound receiving and inventory organization, inventory management and discrepancies, and general operations including picking, packing, shippingLead and coordinate warehouse teamTrack performance, identify and improve issues, conduct employee reviewsTrain and maintain familiarity with Ontario Health and Safety Requirements and coordinate with HSR employee(s)Other duties as requiredREQUIREMENTS:Strong leadership, organization, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and ability to manage cross-functional teams effectivelyTeam player who is ready to roll up their sleeves and help out anywhere in the warehouseProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Skilled in word processing and email managementComfortable navigating MS Windows operating systemCertified to use Walkie Stacker machinery at minimumAvailable to conduct Inventory one weekend, twice per yearStanding, walking, and lifting to 50 lbs.PERKS:40-hour work week Monday to FridaySalary ranges from $65k 75kWork with a company that continues to growIf you're looking for an opportunity where you can be your best self and join a fantastic team, look no further and apply today!Why Kelly?As a worker today, its up to you to take charge of your career and look for opportunities to learn, grow and achieve your potential.
