This bilingual role involves managing operational aspects of supply allocation, ensuring compliance, and supporting stakeholder engagement.Key Responsibilities:Allocation ProcessAccurately and efficiently process supply allocations to processorsImplement board decisions while maintaining process integrityContinuously improve allocation workflows and productivityAnalyze contracting variables and ensure policy compliancePrepare reports for the CFO Board and ManagementManage processor Letters of Credit and compliance reportingMaintain an operational business calendar with key milestonesCustomer Care and Industry EngagementCommunicate and collaborate with processors and internal teamsEducate stakeholders on CFO policies and regulatory changesProvide support via CFO Connects and the CFO Service DeskDeliver best practices in customer serviceData Management and AnalyticsConduct system checks to ensure data accuracyCollaborate with IT contractors to resolve SAP-related issuesAnalyze production performance metrics and deliver insightsPrepare routine and ad hoc performance reportsQualifications:EducationA university degree in Business, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferredEquivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be consideredExperience4+ years in a related industry (Business, Agri-Food, Food Processing, Operations, or Agriculture)1+ years of SAP experience, including change managementSkillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially ExcelFamiliarity with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and video conferencing softwareStrong time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and critical thinkingBilingual in English and French is requiredThis is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.
