Youll be responsible for everything from the assembly and mechanical installation of aircraft systems to final test flights and post-maintenance verifications.Bring Aircraft to Life Assemble and inspect aircraft, disassemble for painting, and prepare for customer deliveryExecute with Precision Use manuals and standards to guide all maintenance activities to meet Transport Canada regulationsDetect & Correct Perform detailed inspections, identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actionsTest & Validate Oversee and perform functional checks on systems such as fuel, engine, and hydraulicsSupport the Mission Prep and polish aircraft post-testing and ensure its flight-readyStay Organized & Efficient Maintain clean work areas, manage tooling, and ensure production bays are safe and FOD-freeDocument Everything Ensure all maintenance documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-readyCollaborate & Communicate Work closely with the Lead Hand, QA teams, and flight crews to ensure operational excellenceEnsure Airworthiness Conduct post-maintenance runs, track and balance, and verify system functionality for final deliveryWhat You Bring:Certified Expertise TCCA AME License & completion of a Transport Canada-approved maintenance program3+ years as a licensed AMEMust have Helicopter experienceEligible for enrollment in the Canadian Controlled Goods ProgramHands-On Skillset Strong mechanical aptitude, inspection skills, and a proactive approach to troubleshootingReady to make a difference in the skies?
