Operational Oversight Oversee store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, timepiece allocation, and compliance with financial processes. Ensure POS accuracy, transaction reconciliation, and proper handling of accounts receivable. HR & Compliance Manage recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, timecard approvals, and ongoing training requirements. Support the execution of company policies and learning platforms. Requirements Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing retail team without micromanaging. Experience in a luxury or high-commission retail environment. Strong client relationship, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets. Hands-on leadership style and willingness to support daily operations when needed. Strong business acumen, organization, and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems. Post-secondary education in Business, Retail Management, or equivalent experience.
