About this Position Le vice-prsident adjoint du service Distribution des services extrieurs sert de lien direct entre le sige social de Primerica et la force de vente. Il montre la voie en tablissant des relations solides et durables, en saisissant les besoins de l'entreprise et en rpondant de manire proactive aux proccupations. Outre son rle de guide et de soutien auprs de notre force de vente, le candidat retenu sera charg de recueillir les commentaires des reprsentants et de les communiquer au sige social des fins d'harmonisation stratgique continue. Compte tenu de la taille, du dynamisme et de la diversit de notre force de vente, il est essentiel pour Primerica de se tenir informe des nouveaux enjeux et proccupations. English version: The Assistant Vice President of Field Distribution serves as the primary liaison between Primericas Home Office and the Sales Force, driving overall success by building strong, lasting relationships, understanding business needs, and proactively addressing concerns. In addition to influencing and supporting our sales force, the successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and communicating field feedback to the home office to support ongoing strategic alignment. Given our large, dynamic, and diverse Sales Force, it is essential for Primerica to stay informed about emerging issues and concerns. These insights can uncover valuable growth opportunities or highlight potential challenges that may impact company objectives. While this is a fully remote position, the successful candidate must reside in the province of Quebec. Responsibilities and Qualifications Responsabilits : Promouvoir la croissance de la distribution en fournissant aux reprsentants un soutien sous forme de formation et de perfectionnement personnel et collectif Dterminer les obstacles la croissance, les possibilits d'amliorer le soutien ou les ressources ncessaires et prendre les mesures qui s'imposent Mettre en place des initiatives stratgiques en matire de marketing, de production et de recrutement au Qubec et dans les provinces de l'Atlantique Organiser et mener des runions l'intention des reprsentants; former, motiver et encourager les organisations de base ainsi que les reprsentants Communiquer sur les produits, les philosophies et les processus de la compagnie Assurer la liaison entre les vice-prsidents rgionaux, les directeurs de succursale et le personnel du sige social Effectuer des tches administratives, notamment faire le suivi des activits, en valuer l'efficacit, examiner des documents, laborer des prsentations PowerPoint et diffuser du contenu la force de vente, etc. Pouvoir assurer la liaison avec les reprsentants de nos socits partenaires tre dispos(e) voyager 75 % du temps pendant la semaine et les fins de semaine, selon les besoins Effectuer d'autres tches connexes Qualifications : Parfaitement bilingue (franais et anglais) et excellentes aptitudes la communication orale et crite Diplme dtudes post-secondaires ou connaissances et comptences quivalentes acquises par de lexprience professionnelle Connaissances et exprience en marketing dans le domaine des services financiers Exprience dmontrant d'excellentes comptences en matire de gestion des tches, de communication et de relations interpersonnelles, ainsi que la capacit tablir et maintenir des relations professionnelles efficaces Solides comptences organisationnelles Bonne connaissance de MS Office, y compris PowerPoint Un permis d'assurance-vie provincial est un atout Un permis de fonds communs de placement provincial est un atout Admissible l'accrditation en assurance-vie et en fonds communs de placement Poste pourvoir au Qubec English version: Responsibilities: To promote growth in distribution by providing field representatives with support through education, training and personal and team development Identify any barriers to growth, opportunities to improve support or required resources and address accordingly Establish strategic marketing, production and recruiting efforts in Quebec and Atlantic Provinces Organize and conduct field meetings, train, incent and motivate sales associations and representatives Communicate company products, philosophies and processes Liaison with RVP, Branch Managers and Head Office personnel Perform administrative tasks including activity tracking, measuring effectiveness of activities, document reviews, creating PowerPoint presentations, disseminating content to the sales force, etc. Ability to liaise with representatives of our partner companies Willingness to travel 75% of the time during week and weekends as required Other duties as may be assigned Qualifications: Fully Bilingual (English and French) with excellent verbal and written communication Post secondary education or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through related work experience Marketing knowledge and experience in the financial services field Track record demonstrating excellent task management, communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Strong organizational skills Strong knowledge of MS Office including PowerPoint Provincial Life Insurance License an asset Provincial Mutual Fund License an asset Eligible for life and mutual fund licenses Quebec based location It has been and will continue to be the policy of Primerica, Inc., and its subsidiaries to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
