THE ROLE Lisa Gozlan is at an exciting growth stage, expanding our retail presence and deepening our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. With four boutique locations and counting, we're seeking a strategic and hands-on Retail Operations Manager to help scale and streamline our in-store experience, drive operational excellence and support the performance of our boutique teams. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the future of our retail operations and contributing to the continued success of a fast growing, customer-focused brand. As Retail Operations Manager, you will: Support development and lead the implementation of retail operational processes, systems, and tools across all store locations Oversee staffing strategy, recruitment and workforce planning in collaboration with District Managers Assist in the design and management of onboarding, training and performance support programs to ensure consistent brand execution Monitor retail KPI's and partner with store leadership to drive operational improvements and team performance Coordinate inventory flow, merchandising strategies, and stock management processes with cross-functional teams Manage the communication of policies, promotional rollouts, and operational updates to ensure alignment across store locations. Partner with leadership to support retail expansion planning, including new store openings, special retail projects (i.e., pop-ups, partnerships), and process scaling Oversee store maintenance processes, vendor coordination, and ensure all retail environments meet brand standards and operational needs. THE QUALIFICATIONS 2 to 5 years experience in retail operations management, ideally within fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands Strong alignment with Lisa Gozlan's core values and dedication to delivery exceptional customer experiences Self-motivated and results-driven, setting clear goals and consistently meeting commitments Highly organized and adaptable, capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment Detail-oriented and quality-focused, consistently driving meaningful business improvements Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective partnerships across teams and influence collaborative outcomes.
