Job Description

Overview Managing Applications Consultant - S4/HANA Technical Architect role at Capgemini. We are seeking a Senior S/4HANA Solution Architect with strong delivery, pre-sales, and SAP offerings experience (RISE, SAP BTP, Datasphere, SAP Build Work Zone, Fiori Analytics Cloud) for a consulting practice with regional or global scope. Responsibilities Primarily responsible for solutioning the delivery of the organizations professional architectural services. Support market strategies and plans and execute them to develop profitable projects. Support Capgemini in delivering S/4HANA solutions to clients, guiding their journey to standardized SAP solutions and best-practice adoption. Support Capgemini SAP solutioning consultants within the practice and share knowledge across solution and architecture teams. Oversee responsibility for key client engagements. Ensure solutioning and architectural aspects meet current requirements and future-proof targets. Build strong business relationships with current and prospective clients. Contribute thought leadership and articulate innovations and growth opportunities. Influence decisions and project direction at the executive level. Lead evaluation activities and business case development for Capgemini clients. Qualifications SAP ECC to S/4HANA Migration/Technical Conversion Greenfield programs with at least 2 conversions/Bluefield/Greenfield projects as a Solution Architect Experience in leading and solutioning RFPs/Orals/Pre-sales, Delivery, and SAP offerings like RISE, SAP BTP, Datasphere, SAP Build Work Zone, Fiori Analytics Cloud, and other SAP products Knowledge of SAP licensing model for S/4HANA, CX, and other SAP products and SAPs roadmap Experience in SAP S/4HANA with RISE, SAP Cloud solutions, Enterprise Asset Management and other core modules High-level understanding of impacts of FICO, DTC, OTC, PTP, MDM, and Warehouse Operations in ECC to S/4HANA conversion Ability to work with functional/technical/Basis and other streams to create detailed plans and drive execution (sandbox, development, QA, pre/post-conversion activities, code remediation, etc.) Good knowledge of Fiori Apps & Implementation and SAP Build Work Zone Guide teams on simplification item remediation for functional and technical streams Analysis for code remediation, process gaps, estimations, staffing requirements, SOW writing, review, signing, and client presentations Experience in ECC to S/4HANA Technical Conversion or S/4HANA implementation SAP Enterprise Architecture certification is preferable Life at Capgemini Capgemini supports all aspects of well-being throughout life and career.
