Trilingual (French, English and Arabic) Lifestyle ManagerFulltime PermanentLocation: Canada (Hybrid or Remote)Salary Range: Up to $53K (depending on experience, with potential wiggle room)Work ScheduleRotational Shifts: 5 days per week (e.g., TuesdaySaturday or SundayThursday).Hours: 9-hour shifts including 1-hour lunch, between 6:00 AM 7:00 PM EST (schedule posted 2 weeks in advance).Hybrid Work: Up to 60% remote if living near the office.Fully Remote Option: Available if not within commuting distance.Must have secure home office setup required with reliable high-speed internet.Position OverviewWe are seeking motivated, professional, and committed Lifestyle Managers specializing in Luxury Lifestyle Management. Language testing will be required.Strong knowledge of Middle Eastern culture, events, and lifestyle trends.Experience in hospitality, travel, luxury customer service, concierge, or call center roles.Understanding of luxury clientele expectations and lifestyle.Background in guest relations, hotels, tourism, dining, or service-oriented industries.Skills & AttributesExceptional verbal and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Excellent research and problem-solving skills.Passionate about customer service and local insights.High level of professionalism, work ethic, and adaptability.Full-time availability.
