In this role, you'll be responsible for creating, securing, and delivering top-notch insurance programs and expert advice for our diverse range of clients, including small to mid-size and large accounts. You'll manage the onboarding of NEW clients to KRGinsure, working closely with prospects, clients, producers, and underwriters to evaluate risks and insurance needs. Key duties include identifying coverage gaps, upselling and cross-selling, preparing marketing submissions, binders, and proposals, and collaborating with our insurance partners.Qualifications Required:RIBO license, active and in good standing, is requiredMinimum three years of commercial insurance brokerage experienceStrong technical insurance knowledge in placement of all classes of insurance, including specialty products and placement for mid-large multi-line accounts ranging from niche and $50,000 to $1 million in premium, as well as US and International risksSome knowledge of specialty products and or segment needs would be an asset (e.g. Cyber, D&O, E&O, etc.)Other industry qualifications, such as CAIB, CIP, CRM, etc., would be considered an assetPost-secondary education would be considered an assetSkills & Attributes Required:Exceptional customer service skills with strong business acumenSales-driven approach to account management, the ability to identify coverage gaps, and upsell/cross-sellStrong analytical skillsMust be a team player and have a strong work ethicExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsOrganized with effective time management skillsSelf-directed and able to coordinate multiple placements for large multi-line accountsAbility to use creativity in structuring product proposals and documentationAdvanced computer skills with experience in MS Office, EPIC, Applied Systems (TAM, Applied Rater) and PolicyWorks requiredWhy Join Us:RRJ offers an attractive compensation package and commission incentives.
