With a commitment to operational excellence and a people-first approach, they are seeking a seasoned professional to lead human resources initiatives nationwide. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.Your responsibilities will include:Leading recruitment strategies, including immigration programs to attract and retain talent.Designing and implementing training and performance management programs.Conducting site visits to support local teams and monitor HR compliance.Advising leadership on HR matters, including policy development and organizational planning.Managing workplace investigations and conflict resolution processes.Overseeing workplace safety initiatives and ensuring compliance with provincial regulations.Handling Workers Compensation claims and Return to Work plans.Monitoring turnover trends and recommending retention strategies.Supporting continuous improvement across HR processes and employee engagement efforts.What youll need to succeed:5+ years of HR management experience, ideally within the service industry.Post-secondary education in Human Resources (CHRP or equivalent is an asset).Strong communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to manage HR operations across multiple locations.Willingness and ability to travel across Canada (approximately once per month).A proactive, hands-on approach with strategic thinking and operational execution.
