About the Role ''> As a key member of our National Client Group in Western Canada, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality financial solutions to power the growth of Canadian businesses. You will work closely with clients/prospects, financial advisors, private equity sponsors, and internal banking partners to perform thorough due diligence on prospective opportunities. Our team excels in credit analysis, deal structuring, and underwriting of existing and new lending opportunities/mandates, requiring collaboration with Relationship Managers and negotiation of loan documentation with clients and external counsel. Key responsibilities include supporting the National Client Group, Western Canada team members in managing and growing an existing portfolio of relationships, as well as working directly with clients/prospects to perform required due diligence on prospective opportunities.
