Role Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Busser/Runner to join our team at Midtown Sporting Club - Sanctuaire. The Position This role is all about delivering exceptional customer experiences, working collaboratively with restaurant staff to create a positive dining environment for guests. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers, providing friendly and professional service to ensure a memorable experience Work closely with servers to identify table needs and respond promptly Clean tables and remove dishes after parties depart Transport soiled dishes to the dishwasher for efficient cleaning Maintain availability of clean dishware Efficiently deliver food orders to various customers in a timely manner Assist wait staff in setting up tables for seamless service Monitor customer satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests Requirements: Prior experience in a restaurant environment is preferred Please note that this job description serves as a general outline of duties and responsibilities.
