To meet our growth challenges, WSP is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our teams located in Calgary, AB, Edmonton, AB or Ontario offices. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will function as the process discipline lead on projects ranging from conceptual studies to detailed engineering of large mega projects. You will be part of our growing team, using your engineering skills to design facilities across Canada and globally. Coordinate with team members, other WSP groups, equipment vendors, clients, and sub-contractors. Prepare technical reports, specifications, process schematics, and layout drawings, and review deliverables from junior and intermediate colleagues. Process and technology selection, equipment sizing and specification, mass balance, hydraulic analysis, and 3D layout review, including review of analysis and design by junior and intermediate colleagues. Mentoring and on-the-job training for junior and intermediate colleagues. Project management of multiple projects, including resource management and time management; support management with budgeting, strategy development, and delivering training programs. Primarily hybrid-based consulting engineering work with some opportunities for business travel and fieldwork. What youll bring to WSP: Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering 12+ years of experience as a process engineer within a consulting environment. Prior experience as a Lead is an asset Experience in oil and gas (gas processing), hydrogen, carbon capture facilities Current P.Eng license in your province of residence Experience with HYSIS or Promax software packages is an asset Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships Strong project management and discipline lead skills About Us WSP is one of the worlds leading professional services firms.
