Role As a store manager, youre responsible for assisting the brand leader in managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers. The role centers on delivering a wow, showroom experience in-store and online, and extends to community engagement around you. Youll support the brand leader and store team in delivering amazing in-store and online service, and oversee and provide leadership to stylist team members with first line customer enquiries via our online customer service system. The role requires strong time management, resilience, multitasking and determination to ensure a smooth in-store customer journey, achievement of financial targets, and timely delivery of business updates. Leadership of floor managers and stylists will involve upskilling the team with commercial skills to meet sales targets and provide exceptional service. What will I be doing? Equip and incentivise your team with the latest product knowledge, brand strategies and updates to deliver an inspiring in-store and online customer experience Support the brand leader in the development of your team; recognise achievements and identify areas for improvement Assist in planning and delivering monthly floor sets, promoting new collections and driving sales across product categories Use reporting technologies to observe the shop floor, maximise trade opportunities, and react quickly to risks Oversee and provide leadership to stylist team members with first line customer queries, emails, chats and calls related to products and customer orders via the online system Ensure the floor and stylist teams present a ready and impressive appearance, showcasing achievements and team pride on Google platforms Address employee matters in-store in collaboration with the brand leader, resolving issues timely and effectively What skills do I need?
