We are looking for: Accountable for sites Piping mechanical integrity program with focus on early detection of defects and defect elimination Accountable for asset performance in relation to sites OEE program Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies Knowledge of financial resources, tools, and reports Ability to manage and direct capital projects Knowledge of information systems and CMMS Accountable for fulfilling TSSA requirements for pressure piping repairs Ability to review welding procedures, NDT reports, and piping specifications, and take necessary actions as needed. We count on you for: Develop/implement and manage mechanical integrity program for piping systems and related accessories (piping, valves, expansion joints, insulation joints, PSVs, hoses, steam traps, rupture discs etc) Support Maintenance team on repair planning for critical equipment failures Active involvement in site OEE program and maintaining equipment Bad Actors List Facilitate and participate in reliability related improvement initiatives Conduct root cause failure analysis on major equipment failures and manage improvement action items Perform equipment criticality analysis and ensure adequate spare parts for all critical assets Interpret reliability data and provide guidance on failure mitigation/reliability improvement plans Actively engage in capital projects to ensure proper equipment selection and installation Execute projects related to equipment or process changes for improved asset reliability Key member in the development and execution of the shutdown timelines. You will bring: Mechanical Engineer with P.
