Overview Marketing + Business Development Lead at DIALOG . This role can be based from any DIALOG Canadian studio location, including Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa, Toronto or Vancouver. The base pay range is CA$100,000.00/yr - CA$120,000.00/yr. Responsibilities Develop a strong understanding of the practice groups portfolios and team members Collaborate with practice groups and the MBD team to develop and execute a market strategy and annual plan, with accountability for priorities and revenue goals Provide leadership and support on key pursuits in the practice groups, working with regional marketing colleagues and project teams to develop winning submissions and collateral Co-lead annual budget development and sales revenue targets with practice group Chairs, and track ROI and financial metrics with Financial Operations Support client relationship management and lead knowledge management for the practice groups using DIALOGs CRM platform Develop and maintain a market pipeline report and data on client cultivation and engagement Identify mid- and long-term opportunities within the scope and geography of the practice group strategies and position pursuits strategically Lead go/no-go analyses for project pursuits with key clients in the market sector Prioritize and action award applications, project photography, conference participation, and client engagement events Partner with Communications + Content to develop a marketing and communications plan for the practice groups, highlighting milestones, wins, awards, conferences, PR opportunities and storytelling May support additional practice groups, regions or disciplines as business needs evolve Other duties as assigned Qualifications 5+ years of experience in marketing and business development, especially in complex pursuits and proposals 3+ years of experience in the A/E industry or similar complex B2B professional services; knowledge of the Mixed-Use Living sector is an asset Passion for improving wellbeing in communities through mixed-use living opportunities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, coordinating stakeholders from senior partners to design professionals and external consultants Understanding of RFP/RFQ/RFX processes and ability to break down requirements clearly Note: Dont meet every requirement?
