Suggested Pay Rate (T4): $67.24 Location: Regina, SK (only) Duration: 1 year (possible extension) Role Overview: We are seeking a Regional Field Quality Coordinator IV to lead and support quality assurance and control practices across project lifecycles. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing non-conformance issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute Project Quality Management Plans and audit objectives. Oversee technical processes for assessing, monitoring, and reporting project quality. Conduct quality assessments and report findings to project teams. Review vendor documentation including Material Requisitions, ITPs, and Inspection Packages. Manage Non-Conformance Reports and Corrective/Preventative Action Reports. Collaborate with engineering, construction, and vendor teams to resolve documentation issues. Ensure control and completeness of QA/QC records and field turnovers. Support redlining of drawings and creation of project-specific documents. Required Qualifications: University degree with 4+ years of experience OR 7+ years of relevant quality/construction/field operations experience. CWB Level 2 Welding Inspection certification. NACE/AMPP Level II Coating Inspector Program (CIP) certification. Valid driver's license. Experience in oil industry construction and quality management. Working Conditions: 70% office-based, 30% field-based (subject to project needs). Overnight field visits may be required. PPE required during field visits.
