Must-Have Qualifications: Solid HR Generalist experience (employee relations, performance management, grievances, disciplinary processes) Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and systems Experience working in global or international business settings Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Fluency in business English Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Additional language skills Experience in process improvement and project management Familiarity with SOX compliance and HR data governance Why Apply?
