Job Title: Customer Success Manager (Odoo / SaaS) Remote, Part-Time About Saint Laurent Consulting Saint Laurent Consulting is a SaaS consulting firm helping clients implement, adopt, and get full value from Odoo, a leading open-source ERP and business management platform. We support customers through the onboarding process, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Role Summary We are seeking a Customer Success Manager who will be the primary point of contact for our clients using Odoo. The role involves both technical and non-technical responsibilities. Youll help clients get started (onboarding, training), ensure they adopt features effectively, liaise with internal teams for any escalation or product feedback, and help grow customer satisfaction and retention. This role is part-time and fully remote. Ideal for a fresh graduate or someone with 1 year of relevant experience in sales, customer service, tech support or related. Key Responsibilities Onboard new clients to Odoo: setup, initial configuration, user training, ensuring they understand the basics. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical aspects: help clients through product usage, address technical queries (or escalate them), and explain features in accessible language. Maintain regular relationships with customers: check-ins, usage reviews, feedback sessions. Monitor customer health metrics: usage, adoption, satisfaction; identify and proactively act on churn risk. Collect feedback and liaise with product / engineering / support teams to improve the product, resolve issues, suggest enhancements. Support renewal and expansion: identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities where relevant. Create customer success plans tailored to client goals. Produce and maintain help/training materials, guides, FAQs. Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent (fresh graduates welcome). 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, tech support, or any role involving client interactions. Strong communication skills (written & verbal): ability to explain technical things in simple terms. Empathy and good listening skills: understanding customer needs, problems, and working to find solutions. Ability to work independently, manage your time in a part-time remote setting. Problem-solving mindset; curious and proactive. Some technical aptitude: comfortable learning software, possibly doing light troubleshooting. Experience with SaaS or ERP/CRM systems is a plus. Good organizational skills; ability to track multiple customers, tasks, and follow-ups. Nice-to-Have Prior exposure to Odoo or similar ERP/CRM systems. Experience in both tech & non-tech customer interactions (tech support + customer service / sales). Ability to create training content / guides (written, video, etc.). Comfort with metrics & customer health dashboards. Working Conditions Remote role. Part-time: flexible hours, but must be able to attend scheduled customer sessions / team meetings. Availability in hours that overlap with customer and internal team times (to be agreed). What Youll Gain Hands-on experience in the SaaS / ERP space.
