Key responsibilities Deliver high-quality, client-centred clinical assessments and treatment plans. Monitor client progress, uphold quality assurance, and support positive clinical outcomes. Lead and manage clinic operations, including performance metrics, financials, and workflow optimization. Inspire and mentor clinical staff, fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members. Coordinate clinic scheduling, manage conflicts, and promote operational efficiency. Engage in community outreach and business development to drive clinic growth. Act as the clinics primary liaison with regional leadership and key stakeholders. Qualifications Preferably, a licensed Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, or Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with a provincial regulatory college in BC. Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience, with at least 13 years in leadership or management. Strong business acumen with experience managing operations, budgets, and KPIs. Excellent interpersonal, mentorship, and communication skills. Advanced orthopedic or manual therapy training is an asset. Passion for innovation, people development, and client-focused care.
