Our Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm EST and Saturday 9am-5pm EST. This is a full-time and shift-oriented role, wed like you to be flexible between these hours. We have embarked on an Agent@Home remote work program. All employees are required to meet the Agent@Home program requirements and be able to attend your primary work location within two hours notice for any business-related purposes. What Youll Be Doing As a Mortgage Solutions Advisor you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer portfolio through reactive engagement in both inbound and outbound mortgage sales inquiries. Your focus will be on not only fulfilling mortgage leads but also creating strong relationships with our business partners and our clients. You will fulfill mortgage leads inclusive of purchase, refinance, ports, and early renewal negotiation. You will ensure targets are achieved while maintaining client satisfaction. Responsibilities Client service: answer questions and issues in line with department objectives; follow up with clients to ensure proper documentation is received and signed; follow up on leads provided by the call centre, general servicing team, information statements, discharge statements and mortgage verifications. Subject matter expert: remain updated on knowledge of new products, policies, procedures and competition to fulfill client needs and explain mortgage conditions and documents. Relationship building: work closely with underwriters and advancing partners to ensure mortgage is approved and funded. Performance: achieve sales targets across all parameters of the business plan. Who You Are You have experience in the residential mortgage business, with understanding of market conditions, trends, mortgage product knowledge and pricing issues. Mortgage underwriting experience is a plus. You put clients first and engage with purpose to find the right solutions. You go the extra mile because its the right thing to do. You love to learn and grow your knowledge. You are digitally savvy and adapt to new tools and trends.
