Overview BY WMS Senior Consultant role at Infosys. Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant WMS (Blue Yonder). As a WMS Senior Consultant, you will anchor different phases of engagements primarily related to BY WMS. You will be responsible for the techno-functional support and solution of warehouse design, requirements specifications, consulting on functionalities implemented, testing of warehouse management flows, providing functional consultation on the application, integration, and reports of enterprise solutions for BY WMS with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys. Responsibilities Anchor different phases of engagements primarily related to Blue Yonder WMS (BY WMS). Provide techno-functional support and solution for warehouse design and requirements specifications. Consult on functionalities implemented; test warehouse management flows; provide functional consultation on the application, integration, and reports of enterprise solutions for BY WMS. Deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers within Infosys guidelines, policies, and norms. Required Qualifications Located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario, or Calgary, Alberta, or willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel. Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. At least 4 years of Information Technology experience. Preferred Qualifications At least 6 years of experience in value chain management (supply chain and demand chain) with emphasis on Warehouse Management systems. Experience in application development and system architecture design; working knowledge of BY WMS. Experience with other WMS products is an added advantage. Experience in onsite-offshore delivery model with a global team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle. Experience in managing relationships with clients at the senior technical management level. Experience in delivering enterprise solution implementations and multi-country rollouts. Experience in driving pre-sales processes and proposal drafting. Experience in Warehouse Execution Systems. The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
