Your impact As a Lifemark Clinic Director, youll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve mobility, and achieve health goals. Youll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, meeting people where they are in their health and career journeys. Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support rehabilitation and wellness goals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and outcomes. Mentor and lead to build the next generation of clinicians and leaders. Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development. Be responsible for financial and clinical performance metrics of the clinic. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence. Coordinate operational activities with the team and maintain a strong clinic presence. Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development. Manage and resolve scheduling issues or changes in the clinic. Foster a sense of ownership among staff so they can use judgment and experience to make decisions. Assist in recruitment and hiring of staff. Qualifications Graduate in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university. Fully Registered and in good standing as a Physiotherapist in Nova Scotia. Minimum of 3-5+ years of clinical and administrative leadership experience in a rehabilitation clinic.
