Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer Overview Sr Manager Talent Acquisition at R Systems (A Blackstone Group Company) oversees this role. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and related frameworks. Perform integration testing with applications built on .NET/C# platforms. Write complex SQL queries to validate data integrity and support backend testing. Design, implement, and improve overall test processes , frameworks, and strategies. Work closely with development teams to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables. Participate in test planning, estimation, and reporting activities. Act as a lead , mentoring junior QA engineers and ensuring adherence to QA best practices. Required Skills and Experience 710 years of experience in Automation Testing . Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG, and automation frameworks . Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write and optimize complex queries. Working knowledge of .NET/C# applications and integration testing . Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC , and Agile methodologies . Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps . Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure). Why Join R Systems?
