Directeur(trice) national(e) des ventes, Mdecins | National Sales Director, Physicians Vos Principales Responsabilits Diriger lquipe de vente ddie aux mdecins afin de dvelopper des modles dengagement client efficaces, adapts chaque segment de mdecins, avec une excution exemplaire. Piloter des prvisions de ventes prcises, surveiller la performance et ragir rapidement si ncessaire. Assurer une collaboration optimale entre les diffrentes quipes en contact avec les clients (Hpitaux et Pharmacies), ainsi quentre les dpartements de Sandoz Canada. Participer activement llaboration de la stratgie Go To Market des nouveaux produits, au modle de vente et au positionnement des produits, avec un esprit de partenariat de confiance. Collaborer troitement avec les quipes Accs aux marchs et Excellence commerciale pour garantir la mise en uvre stratgique de la planification des commissions ainsi que la prvision et le suivi des ventes. Qualifications Essentielles Baccalaurat en sciences, administration des affaires ou tout domaine connexe. 10 15 ans dexprience dans lindustrie pharmaceutique, surtout dans des rles en contact direct avec les clients. Minimum de 5 ans dexprience dans un poste de direction dune quipe de vente. La matrise du franais loral comme lcrit est obligatoire. Une matrise de langlais, loral comme lcrit, est requise pour des communications rgulires avec les clients, partenaires et/ou collgues, que ce soit au Canada ou linternational. Permis de conduire valide. Disponibilit pour des dplacements rguliers travers le Canada. Comptences dmontres en leadership, incluant de fortes aptitudes en coaching. Dsir de se dvelopper dans des environnements changeants et ambigus, ncessitant flexibilit, agilit et crativit. Aptitude se concentrer sur des plans daction fort impact. Performance dmontre dans latteinte des objectifs de ventes dans un march complexe et dynamique. Solides comptences en analyse, collaboration, ngociation, prsentation et rsolution de problmes. Your Key Responsibilities Lead the physicians sales team to develop impactful customer engagement models, tailored to each physician customer segment with excellence in execution. Drive accurate sales forecasting and monitor performance & react quickly as needed. Ensure optimal cross functional collaboration within the various customer facing teams (Hospitals and Pharmacies), but also across departments at Sandoz Canada. Ensure active participation in new products Go To Market strategy development, selling model, product positioning with a trusted partner mindset. Work collaboratively with Market Access and Commercial Excellence to ensure strategic implementation of commission planning, forecasting and sales reporting dashboards. Essential Requirements Bachelor of science, business administration or any related field. 10-15 years experience in pharmaceutical sales industries with emphasis on customer facing roles. Minimum of 5 years in leadership position of a sales team. Fluency in oral and written French is mandatory. Due to the nature of our operations, oral and written fluency in English is required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues, whether in Canada or internationally. Valid drivers licence. Availabilities to travel regularly across Canada. Demonstrated leadership skills including strong abilities in coaching. Thrives in changing and ambiguous environments requiring flexibility, agility and creativity. Capacity to focus on impactful plan of action. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a complex and dynamic market. Strong analytical, collaborative, negotiation, presentation and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and handle many different priorities at the same time. Desirable Requirements Preferably experience with Biosimilars, ideally in Immunology. Experience with physicians.
