Responsibilities Reporting to the Marketing Director - Cardiometabolic Health, accountable for ensuring pre-launch milestones are met to enable a successful launch in chronic weight management (CWM) and Diabetes. Develop launch plans including thought leader engagement, environmental shaping, go-to-market strategy, consumer activation, and other deliverables related to the launch. Collaborate with global, IBU and local cross-functional teams to lead the development and implementation of launch plans, brand strategy, and tactics. Specific responsibility for: driving strategic development and implementation of our molecule in CWM and Diabetes; informing and supporting transformation agenda and commercial shifts; gaining deep customer insights across patients, payers, and HCPs; defining Lilly Canadas consumer activation roadmap; leading customer planning and operational plans for pre-NOC and post NOC activities; aligning with Global and IBU teams; driving launch preparation partnerships with cross-functional teams; managing the overall commercial brand budget for pre and post launch; driving innovative thinking for pre and post-launch OCE plans. Basic Requirements: Education and Experience University degree. 7+ years of marketing-related experience. Experience with brand management, including launching new products; NILEX management is an asset. Extensive omnichannel marketing experience. Teamwork and leadership with demonstrated ability to partner and engage others toward a common goal. Experimentation and risk-taking with a track record of pursuing non-conventional ways to meet customer needs and enhance the customer experience. Learning agility and high comfort with change in a high-stakes environment. Project managementability to manage detailed, complex projects. Business acumen including budget management, strategic trade-offs, and development/monitoring of lead measures. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Additional Skills/Preferences Consumer marketing experience is an asset. TA experience: understanding metabolic disorders and the competitive environment in CWM and Diabetes is an asset. Bilingualism is an asset. Location This is a hybrid role onsite presence at our Toronto office will be 10 days or more per month (or at least 50% of the time), determined in collaboration with your manager and based on business needs.
