Youll play a key role in delivering homes on time, on budget, and with pride.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily construction activities across multiple single-family home sitesCoordinate and supervise trades, suppliers, and site personnelEnsure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standardsMonitor project timelines, budgets, and progress reportsConduct site inspections and resolve construction issues proactivelyCollaborate with project managers, development teams, and municipal inspectorsWhat Were Looking ForProven experience as a Superintendent in residential construction, ideally single-family homesStrong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and site safetyAbility to manage multiple trades and maintain high-quality standardsExcellent communication and leadership skillsFamiliarity with land development and municipal processes is an assetMaster planning or community development experience is a bonusLocation: Calgary, Alberta Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Environment: Primarily site-based with some office coordination
