To learn more about the company, visit Position -*** We are searching for a Junior Project Coordinator to join our Overhead Crane Project Team**.** The position is based in Nisku, Alberta. The **Junior** **Project Coordinato****r** will work closely with the Project Team and will haveresponsibility for all activities in supporting the coordination and administration of timely and accurate project delivery. This will include the following: - Support and assist the Project Managers in coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Assist in Project Planning - Track Project Milestones - Coordinate Team Communication - Scheduling Site Visits - Coordinating contract documentation (POs, subcontracts, etc.) - Preparing project documentation (invoicing, ECNs ,etc.) - Tracking internal quality control documentation - Preparing meeting minutes and contributing to project deliverables - Other duties, as required The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: - 1-3 years work experience in similar role, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Overhead Cranes is not required but would be preferred. - C.E.T or EIT designation is preferred - Advanced computer skills, particularly use of Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs - Experience with Tekla and Powerfab would be an asset - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Adept at problem solving, conflict resolution, and collaboration - Meticulous organization and time management skills - Strong work ethic and a self-motivated desire to get the job done Benefits: - Standard Company benefit package after 3 months of employment - RRSP plan after 1-year service - Multiple Company social events throughout the year.
