In this essential role, youll help homeowners maintain safe, reliable, and efficient heating, cooling, and water heating systems. Your work will directly improve indoor air quality and system performance, while delivering a top-tier customer experience. What Youll Do Duct Cleaning Clean residential duct systems using truck mounted & portable vacuum and high-pressure air equipment. Customer Care & Solutions Clearly explain inspection results and any safety concerns to homeowners. Recommend maintenance services that extend the life of HVAC equipment. Ensure customers feel informed, comfortable, and confident in the work performed. Safety & Vehicle Maintenance Follow company safety procedures and comply with OH&S standards. Complete daily vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance. What You Bring A valid drivers license with a clean abstract (minimum 3 years). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A positive, professional attitude and a team-first mindset. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
