This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to lead a small, high-impact team and play a critical role in TKSs growth journey.Responsibilities:Student Recruitment & Outreach: Lead marketing campaigns to attract the worlds most ambitious students, maximizing engagement through digital marketing, partnerships with schools and youth organizations, and referral strategies.Data-Driven Insights: Utilize marketing analytics, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), and platforms like Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and refine strategies accordingly.Team Leadership: Lead and develop a growing team of 3-5 marketers, overseeing their growth and supporting recruitment for additional talent.Brand Development & Awareness: Enhance TKSs already strong brand by crafting compelling narratives, leveraging user-generated content, and expanding our reach.Content Strategy: Develop, oversee, and optimize content strategies that resonate with students, parents, and partners, maintaining a consistent and inspiring voice.Email Marketing: Plan and execute effective email marketing campaigns that engage current and potential students and drive conversion.Budget Management: Efficiently manage and allocate the marketing budget, optimizing spend for maximum ROI.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with parents, partners, and key stakeholders to advocate for TKS programs.Qualifications:A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing with proven results.Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, analytics tools like Google Analytics, budget management, and Excel modeling.Leadership capabilities with experience working in high-performance teams.A proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Results-driven and gets things done. #J-18808-Ljbffr
