Country Manager, Canada This is an opportunity to combine entrepreneurial drive with global resources: shaping the future of our Canadian market, translating bold ideas into action, and delivering life-changing outcomes for students. As Country Manager, you will lead Crimsons growth across the Canadian market. Youll build and inspire a high-performing local team, drive sales, marketing, and partnerships that deliver transformative outcomes for our students. This is a role for a visionary leader who can balance strategy and execution, while bringing creativity, commercial acumen, and a deep passion for education. This full-time, remote role is based in Canada, with flexibility required to connect across time zones. Responsibilities Manage and drive local sales and marketing teams, ensuring team performance and engagement Develop and execute a marketing and sales strategy to create brand value and awareness including building relationships with various media outlets across Crimsons products and services Drive highly profitable operations through close management of the P&L Coordinate and maintain close communication with global teams to effectively leverage the platform and ensure seamless execution Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Canada, educational fair organisers and other partners Act as a positive ambassador for Crimsons culture through daily actions that instil our core values, and representative on behalf of Crimson as required at events and conferences Ensure accurate and regular reporting and compliance to Crimson's standard operating procedures Identify potential M&A opportunities that will be accretive to the overall platform Ensure the overall student experience creates a positive NPS Optimise in conjunction with global teams, education coordination and strategist models in the region to achieve both net profit and NPS targets Oversee student support and resources to ensure students are achieving goals set Identifying and forming relevant partnerships Requirements 3+ years of people leadership experience Bachelors degree or higher from a top 20 college A strong appetite to succeed and achieve growth and operational excellence. Experience in executing sales and marketing strategic initiatives and best practices within a complex business environment A high level of critical thinking, solid commercial and strategic agility Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Relentless ambition Knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Storyblok, Google Analytics Experience in social media marketing including Facebook, IG, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn and more Understanding the Canada education scene, overseas admissions knowledge or overseas education is a plus Fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus Right to work in Canada Why work for Crimson?
